Our pastry-making expertise
Demanding standards to serve exceptional puff pastry. The quality of our puff pastries is based on a
rigorous selection of ingredients — responsible wheat flours and quality butter (and/or fat), the content
of which is adjusted to enhance the taste and texture. We also ensure compliance with the golden rules
of pastry-making: mastery of resting times and temperatures, guaranteeing a puff pastry that’s even,
melt-in-the-mouth and crisp at the same time.
A powerful industrial base
To keep pace with market growth, we rely on our two production sites
at Saint-Paul-en-Jarez and Furst, where a new line was inaugurated in 2023.
